ok a week after the other?
LOL it just seems... like they realized a month a part meant ending of the streak so shoved the 49th right before 50th... "sorry koda, you'll have to have cut sales this week"

well SOOO excited for the 50th. i'm really hoping everything turns out to be a true 3 trilogy =]

The XX in ASFXX has nothing to do with roman numerals. Rather, it's a Japanese way of representing blank characters. Like _____ or XX or OO. It's just blank.

She mentioned it in an interview, saying that the XX could represent whatever you wanted it to, and for her it was her mother or something.

flumpool literally stands no chance. Lollipop was a bigger hit than MOON was, yet it physically sold less.

Anyways I am glad they finally announced them, now the release dates aren't a mystery :yes

Hehe, someone could spell the Japanese titles?

Bigtop 6th August 2010 08:08 AM

It's quite interesting that Avex decides that Ayu's releasing her 49th and 50th singles back-to-back...

Going to be interesting to end the first half of the Asian (Japanese) 2010 fiscal year and to end the entire Western (American) 2010 fiscal year, because next week it would be the second half of Asia's 2010 fiscal year, while in America, we're getting started with the 2011 fiscal year!

And in America, school's just about to start soon! It's really interesting my school year would start off with Ayu's 49th and 50th singles!!!

I wonder what theme they will use for the official website?
Will they do a smash-up or just skip poor crossroads?

Love to see just one letter in the title again. That always turned up good so far. Lol. Its kind of epic to let just one letter fill up so much meaning o it.

I think CREA is nothing to count on. Although I wish it with all my heart.

hmmn... probly I should buy L..

ownsarai 6th August 2010 08:41 AM

I am really intrigued by the title "L". I bet it stands for Love, or maybe Life...since she already has a song called Life. Hmm. I can't wait to hear them. :)

Just as a reminder, it also means fifty/50 in roman numerals.

22-09 releasing with EXILE?!?!?!
are you kidding me?
OMG ayu...you can take over the record, just a little bit more...
i wish they will change the release date and do smarter move...!!!
please ayu please...i've been waiting for you to break the record for a very long time...don't let me down now...please...

edit : just realize that EXILE releasing on 15th...fiuuhhh...i'm on panic mode before...
she will face flumpool... 90-10, 90% ayu will get number one weekly position...

but i'm not really supporting the idea of back to back releases, i wish there will be 3 or 4 weeks time difference between the release

and i love the 50th single title "L", i love that she continue her one character title saga...

i remember back to 2004, there is rumour that she will create another single consist one character, that time she already released A H & M

A - Ayumi
H - Hamasaki
&
M - Married

many people said that her next single will be T and then N

T - Tomoya
N - Nagase...

so it will be

Ayumi Hamasaki & Tomoya Nagase Married...hahaha..but it's never come true...

AyUmIXx 6th August 2010 08:55 AM

wowww this is awesome news! as well as I'm gonna be broke T___T
omg..
thanks for sharing :)

AyuGAME, Ayu gonna meet Koda Kumi on the same day too~
