Also, it appears even the Japanese fans are kind of unsure what to expect with this album. Seems like some people are thinking the DVD/BD may have PVs -and- some live footage like some stuff from a-nation or a digest from AT12 as a 'tease' instead of being all PVs.

As for LOVE and again, I've seen some people saying that since they're calling this a 'new original album', LOVE/again won't be on it.

I really think she will include the songs from LOVE and again on this album, and I even wouldn't be surprised if You & Me is there as well. So I expect 4-5 new songs (excluding possible interludes). I hope she will do that though, because I loved both mini-albums but had no money to support her in these two sales! Anyway, news of a new full length album is really good news! I can't wait to know more about it.

21,000Y (excl. shipping) for all the items is not as much as I'd expect with goods included (goods usually mean boxset and buying just one PQ boxset cost me more than 21kY though shipping is included in that number...), but I'll have to wait until at least after Christmas before pre-ordering. Damn, hope both +GOODS are available by then!
