She can buy tickets for you when the general sales start or she can go to one of the many reseller shops, so it's very easy to do. You just need to keep in mind that tickets for final date get sold out within several minutes during general public sales, but there's no problem to find tickets at a reseller shop, though it might be a pricy option depending on how good the seats are; on the other hand they can sell worst seats at a lower than original price.

She'll probably get bad seats with general sale (happend to me 3/3 times), better wait for resellers, good seats are only a little bit more expensive, eg I got arena C sector seat for 13.000yen (instead of regular 8.900) right in front of the center stage.

When tickets are ready to be collected from Team Ayu, Lawson and General Sale you can expect them in resellers the very next day or even the same.

Tickets can change everyday in resellers so if you don't find nice tickets one day you can always check few hours later, but beware, if you find a nice ticket it may be gone the next hour.

Also if you go to reseller on the day of the show (risky) and there are still tickets you can often get them for much less than original price.

On arena (ground floor) A sector is best, B sector is right behind it and in this sector there's B1, B2, B3, B4 and B5, B1 and B5 are the worst (furthest from stage), B3 is around the center stage, B2 and B4 on the sides of the catwalk, so if you get like B2 18 it's next to catwalk, if you get B2 124 it's where the center stage ends. Next are sectors C and D which aren't that good.

On the balcony the letters are reversed (according to Yoyogi plan I was given) A sector is in the back (confusing), B, C, D, E (are getting closer to the middle) and G, H, J, K (yes, no I sector on my plan) are getting closer to the main stage.

I've gotten A Block (arena) seats twice through Lawson after tickets went on general sale, and I know SunshineSlayer has had the same experience, so I would say this is not an accurate statement. YMMV

Mine weren't from Lawson but from some other online order I guess, the ticket's layout was different, so maybe it's better luck with Lawson (those I bought with reseller were also Lawson).

Lawson's been really good to me all the times I've gone to the store and used their kiosks--while I know that's not very helpful to 99.9% of the people on AHS who are hoping to get tickets for their shows, if you have family that can get to a Lawson at 9:59 am when tickets go on sale at 10 and use the kiosk immediately, there's a chance you could get a damn good seat.

I applied for both of the dates in Yoyogi. I will hopefully be able to watch Ayu live for the first time ^o^

Most of the time people get bad seats through general sales, so I'd say you just were extremely lucky. Well, of course even TeamAyu members are not guaranteed good seats - I saw a lot of people complaining on Mixi that they received second floor seats for recent CDL.

Just looked at my tickets, not Lawson, 7Eleven :D (lot's of people in line for arena entrance had the same ones)

As you said, you're not guaranteed to get a premium seat through a fanclub lottery, it really is just dependent on luck. I was just pointing out that I don't think it's fair to say you'll definitely get a crappy seat just because you're buying tickets via general sale.
