i tried downloading it off my phone browser but it says i dont have access to the site, i think its only for japan resident maybe

I wonder if it's possible to go through a Japanese proxy with your cell? Does cellphones have the possibility of setting up a proxy server connection?

I never heard of a phone using a proxy before. but I will ask my computer repair/networking teacher at school on monday. But im sure theres a way.
