my god!!!! i thought the other thread about her in a wacoal ad was fake! i never imagined that she would say yes to posing for ingerie. but then, it's a beautiful photo.

i wonder what sort of backlash she'll get for this; and what damage control will do.

we may find it to be classy and sexy but there are those out there who are prude enough to attack at any given moment. (ie the comment left on youtube).

To be quite honest, people can say what they want, but I don't think that she'll get too much of a backlash. It's probably moreso the individuals who hate Ayu with a passion that will be lashing against this promotion, mostly since she's a pretty mature woman now imo and it seems like the right time for her to do something like this. Had Ayu been like 20 and done lingerie, I'd have questioned it, but right now is the perfect time, I'd say.

i must say that her boobs look a little brushed though. that cleavage is off for someone who is laying on their side lol, even if it is a push-up bra.

They probably added some post-production cleavage... I mean, Ayu definitely doesn't have that in videos where she kinda wears a push-up.

Skimpy stuff to get noticed?

I dunno, it seems more like a mature career move. She's worn lingerie in magazine shoots, and I don't think this is to be skimpy or to cater to the "idol" crowd. It's sort of different in a way. I mean, heck, Ayu's best friend is the one heading the project. I have faith that she's not doing this simply to get attention and is rather doing it because she feels that it's the next step in her career.

Actually I dont see any wrong in this? I mean the pic is graceful and tasty. Not tacky that they can be. The project surley is nicley done (I mean, Ayu often have full controll of things she does), and come on, theres nothing wrong with showing up when you have such a great body! For example, I love CZ-J and she have done these kind of things before, very nicely and full of class! And she doesnt looks any less of an actress because of that. No I think thats if Ayu does this I see nothing wrong about it and I actually think that its a pretty good way to promote yourself as a celeb. ^^
