hmm i think the reason why Min's PR is being delayed and delayed again because they're afraid to compete with the other dramas which are currently airing right now, i mean the dramas are full with "Known" actors/actresses, well Min is very famous with TVXQ too..but it's different between dramas and singers, so yeah, probably the PR crews thought that it would be a shame if Min's PR doesn't get good rating if they have to compete with those major dramas right now (Personal Taste, Oh! My Lady and Cinderella'siter), well I hope i'm wrong though, but really it's taking so long for the drama to be aired... I really really wonder why~~~
