For those of you who still think that this is not the TRUE tracklist and that it is more than 8 tracks I disagree. The reason for the added DVD is because of the small amount of tracks. Oh and I have a question. Does anybody know a RELIABLE way to get a modchip for ps2? Preferably NOT online. I don't trust those modchip sites. But mainly I want a SAFE and RELIABLE way.

Avex may be stupid enough to rehash tracks on ayu's singles but I'm sure they are not stupid enough to release an 8-track album for their best-selling artist, it's just like digging your own grave.

I have, and it's well argumented but I don't agree on all points.

The only reason for this friggin 8-track is, I believe, profits, profits, profits and more profits. Just look at it this way: Avex could let Ayu record 8 more songs [which would cost studio time and paychecks for a team of writers] and release a $20 album, OR put all the finished tracks so far [with some new stuff, but not too much] on a CD and add a DVD with the PVs [which were already done as well] and sell that for $33. Ipso facto, that costs the same or less for Avex and makes hella lot more money.

And furthermore, I don't get the obsession people have with quantity. Why is 16 tracks better than 12 tracks on an album? It's all about the quality! I heard people [not in this thread] say that they don't like Duty because it has just 12 tracks. Balls! That's no reason. All in all, and on this point I do agree with Delirium-Zer0, we should be happy. Blah.

Don't get me wrong, I agree on a lot of points with Delirium-Zer0, just not on the Avex strategy.

The thing is... what company wouldn't want profits? Sure... Avex wants more profits, but they also pay less for new Ayu mixes and such (for an example, just check out the remixers on AyuTrance, with such known mixers as Armin, Darren Tate, etc.. and compare it to AyuTrance 3). But like Deli said before, the reliance on Ayu is too high a price for Avex to bear losing some day. So while there are those who'd buy Ayu products no matter what, I suppose Avex is going on that notion by releasing 4-track singles, and in this case, mini-albums.

I still think an 8 track album for their biggest artist isn't the best way to economize, you are just making fans lose faith and all, the big thing of each year has always been this mega power-packed album that Ayu releases but now, you get a mere 8 tracks, I think avex is overdoing it. The dvd part is cool, but like who's gonna get the one without the dvd?

considering her previous album that always released in end of the year, is it really her mini album? aaah thats confusing me a lot!!
hope this is not an album, cos it contain only half tracks of her previous album!!!!!

Everything seems to point to it being a mini-album and not her 6th album, although it'll have to be added to the discography on her site first before it becomes official.
