i'm loving the new single, BRIGHTER DAY sounds so nice..though the PV looks plain, but namie amuro is so gorgeous! Sweet Kisses is really nice too..the PV is perfection!

anyway, that jolin's i'm not yours, the song is very namie haha but i always think that jolin and namie have almost same music style right.

I was expecting more out of the collab between Tsai and Amuro but I'm really disappointed.

Too many English (and Engrish), WTF lyrics ("Boys are stupid Let them fall / We'll still shine like disco ball" o_O), like you said it felt more like Namie feat. Jolin than Jolin feat. Namie.

By the way the song is ranking #1 in top singles on iTunes Taiwan since yesterday.

Jolin's english is pretty more understable than Namie's english lol
I can't tell about the Mandarin part ; any Chinese speaker can say if Namie has a good accent or not ? (I remember when Ayu released Who... in Chinese, some said that she has a terrible accent)

well you can't expect a non native to have no accent by singing one song in a language they don't know

I didn't mean it that way... I just think that the song's style (lyrics + music) is very Namie. That's what I meant by "Namie feat. Jolin". It feels like Namie is the one who invited Jolin into her "world". I don't know if I'm explaining myself well lol

I think what Heavenly meant overall is that he wonders if native Chinese speakers actually understand what Namie is singing in the song.

I have to agree that I'm Not Yours is one of the weakest songs on Play...actually it is probably even the weakest for me. Though it is still really enjoyable.
Namie and Jolin work greatly together.
Thouhg it is Jolin carrying the song, I agree here as well. But it is hers and she did compose it herself, didn't she? So it has to be like that.
I do hope Namie maybe invites her back for a collboration for her disco.

Still Loving you is such an early 00s cheesy bubble gum pop song you could hear from some teenage chick group or from someone like Natasha Thomas lol too bad.... it actually had potential with arrangement lol i hate the cheesy lyrics, i could listen to it if the lyrics were all in japanese, but it bugs me lol

I've just finished listening to the full "BRIGHTER DAY" single, and I have to say, that the whole single is totally amazing & fantastic! :love

"BRIGHTER DAY" is such an uplifting & positive song. I feel so happy while listening to it! :) It's just a pleasure to listen to. :) "SWEET KISSES" is one totally hot & fierce song, and I can't forget how incredibly catchy it is, too! :P I love it so, so much! :heart "Still Lovin' You" is such a cute & absolutely lovely song, so I can't help but totally love it, as well. :heart :)

This single, as a whole, is a positively amazing one & I've enjoyed listening to it very much. :) Namie doesn't disappoint! :D This has been yet another single that I absolutely love. :love

The more I listen to the single, the more I think it should have been released in like...April. Or sometime in the spring.
