The digital single is set to be released on Saturday, so yeah. But "Best Singles Collection" is just the name of the tour, there's not gonna a release with that name (as far as we know)

Just install this extension for your chrome
User-Agent Switcher for Chrome

Then you choose iOS->iPhone6, reload the pan.baidu page & download file normally.
