I think the point of the PV was to encourage everyone not to feel overly sad and not to give up when we make mistakes. The people who those girls annoyed at their jobs were supporting them at that car show thing, so I think they were trying to say that you will still be accepted even though you screw things up sometimes.



The image I got from the BLUE BIRD single and PVs was Ayu cheering on her friends.

^Hmm...maybe a Thank You to them for sticking with her through all those years of her musical Career? Since it's her 40th single and all.

I think it was a huge thank you to her dancers ~ :p

Some of them have been with her for YEARS omg. Gomi and Chisa.. :O~

I just hope the next PV is dancer-less though. :]

It seems like the latest trend in japanese pop music is making cute-cheesy songs and PVs. There has also been quite a load of PVs from different artists with themes about encouraging people and so on. I don't blame ayu or the directors of this video for the simmilarities with Keep Tryin', as Keep Tryin' is not the only PV that has had such a theme recently. I've been showing the latest PVs to my brother and that's kinda the same conclusion he had. If we look at some of the most recent PVs, they kinda have this "encouraging/cheering people attitude" mixed with cutesy or cheesy themes:

-Utada Hikaru: Keep Tryin'
-ayumi hamasaki: Beautiful Fighters
-misono: Speed Live
-koda kumi: Koi No Tsubomi
-koda kumi: WIND
-Tommy heavenly6: pray

There are probably others I haven't seem yet.
