she's on 2nd position for her 1st week day6 and day 7
but she's still get 1st for 1st week?can anyone mind to explain how the oricon works?

Guys, look at Seiko Matsuda. When Ayu's sales reach the low level of not even breaking 1000, then let's worry. This is actually FANTASTIC for a female in the Japanese industry right now. :)

^what it's important it's not who has more daily #1... one single can sell 100K the first day and sell 1K the other 6 days, but the one who is #1 this 6 days is selling 6K per day... it won't be #1 because the other sold more...

so Ayu has already almost 100K thanks of her 1st/2nd days sales while the others only will sell 30K or so...

1st day's sales of the second week are wrong.
Oricon is up with the sales, and Ayu stays at #2, and the sales for the sales are 2 493.
The total is: 92 268

^ Those are still the sales for 1/4. It is now 1/6. I believe the day with Ayu at number 3 is 1/5 and that hasn't been updated on the Oricon site yet.

i just checked BoA's wiki page. she'll have her 7th japanese studio album on feb 10! hehehe. BoA's first english album also didnt top.. so i dont know how oricon will count it.

Considering Oricon did count Matsuda Seiko's single which was released under SEIKO, the situation is pretty much the same with Utada Hikaru and UTADA, so yeah it should be counted regardless of the name.

It seems that the new releases as well has no chance against ayu's single (since it's the double week).
fukuyama and Gackt's singles dropped under ayu's. xD

Those 2 never stood a chance to begin with and ha ha I am glad Gackt and Fukuyama dropped more this time (even though I like Gackt and all xD). I'm happy that even though Ayu's dailies are quite low at least they are very stellar this time. By the end of the week the single could sell another 14k I guess. It could very possibly come close to the total numbers of Sunrise/Sunset ^_^

who is C-ute ? I don't know o_o
