You don't need to be a genius to come up with that :P

Total Sales: 147,123

Thanks foyuki ^^

ayupan90 16th April 2010 09:43 AM

I don't understand why it isn't selling better than next level :/

truehappiness 16th April 2010 10:12 AM

Because since last year, the music industry has basically tanked?

Best albums that would've sold a million are now only selling about 500k~....

bluegie 16th April 2010 10:25 AM

Wait for the MS boost then (hopefully) :).

sabbakk 16th April 2010 10:37 AM

>:O
wow, that's bad. I'm surprized because I thought R'n'RC would be much more appealing to casual listeners than NL was.
There is still hope for higher weekend sales though. And yay for #1 nevertheless.

njanjayrp 16th April 2010 10:37 AM

MSta isn't working miracles sadly :( Even though I didn't expect it to do better than NEXT LEVEL I didn't expect a dip under 20k that fast to be honest. I guess the first week sales will end up being around 190k, which isn't bad, with another 30k the following week, the album might end up selling around 260-280k in the end, I did expect it to drop from NL's numbers, but honestly not that much. Still the total drop will not be as big as GUILTY->NL one.

Ayu_Ready 16th April 2010 10:42 AM

she is not as steady as guilty, I'm disapointed for this album, it deserves way better ! I still hope it will sold out NL...

GUILTY's steady sales were because it was released extra early as a surprise, aha.

Foyuki 16th April 2010 11:32 AM

Don't despair of it
weekly sales will add 25,000 BOX SET

AyuGAME 16th April 2010 11:41 AM

i have a theory maybe there is a lot of fans will buy it on the concert...maybe they hope for more gift if they buy it on the concert...just like mirrorcle world that the sales boost up during weekend and sunday...

i still have faith on ayu...and i believe this album will do as well as NEXT LEVEL (i hope more, because this album serve more than that)

and finally ARASHI took over ayu number one position on daily chart :no
but i hope the first day sales gap is big enough, to make ayu still hold number one weekly position

maikaru 16th April 2010 11:58 AM

Oricon does not factor in iTunes, or any other of this online download method of buying it, so I think actul, she has sold more than this, as evident by Rock' N' Roll's position as Number 1 on the iTunes charts.

Don't think this album bombed just because of oricon chart.

Minttulatte 16th April 2010 12:02 PM

Personally I wish this album sell more than NL because I like Rock'n'Roll Circus a hundred times more than NL. :D

They might outsold Ayu and end her #1 streak. :/
The last two tour DVDs got #2.

Her #1s recently have only been from CDLs. The ATs were always against like... Kuwata Keisuke or a JE group, haha.

Minttulatte 16th April 2010 12:10 PM

^I know. I just wrote crap. :D Sorry

ayumisrael 16th April 2010 12:24 PM

Well the DVD is #2 today both in general and music chart (because of arashi) I hope it sold enough to be #1 weekly. >_>

Nackar_91 16th April 2010 12:36 PM

Seems like sales are going okay. I just hope they'll stay around the 10~20k level for a while. Either way, I'm happy ^^.
