I agree with some of his points, but I get a negative vibe from this. Maybe because of the translation (Korean > Japanese > English).

I agree with:
* Only SME and JaeChunSu can solve this
* Yunho and Changmin shouldn't get blame for not joining the lawsuit

Good to know that Yunho and Changmin want to continue as TVXQ (since they haven't said a thing about this situation yet).

But I don't like this:
"Fans and many others are aware of the case with TVXQ. This is about the three members of TVXQ who are in a contract with SM Entertainment, and during the contract period, are embroiled in a legal dispute which has put the whole group (TVXQ) into jeopardy.

He does put blame with JaeChunSu, because of the "willing to forgive". Okay, that they put group activities in danger, but a lawsuit to get their rights is not a wrong thing. There is nothing to 'forgive'.

This is the only thing that i don't like in his letter, because it's not true.

I get a negative vibe from the letter too and I don't like it. I believe the 3 had every right to take the action they did. The 2 also had every right not to pursue legal action with the 3. If the members can't agree in that way, it's not their fault. I'd rather them be happy separated than miserable together. =\

I just agree with this so much~
