That is Masa's position. And because he knows everything, it's making him cry. He is just like us. We are all hurt, but we don't give up hope, right?
Wow, sounds really serious. o_0

Tohoshinki fans are spoiled ^^ Just because they can actually communicate with Max that doesn't give them the right to say **** to/about him. It's not like it's his fault their precious boyband disbanded. The man has done everything he could to keep them together...

They didn't disband yet. They just stopped their activities as 5 members together. So they didn't stop forever. There are still 3 members active with Avex as a new unit, JYJ (Junsu, Yuchun, Jejung). Just to get that right.
Also, there have been international THSK forums that had projects to send support messages to Matsuura to show their gratefulness to all he has done. Of course, positive things like this never get attention, only negative things get shared. I just want to say that there are always fans that take news better than others. You have fans who give their support and fans who blame everyone. Just take a better look at this forum and you'll see Ayu has these fans too. I think Ayu would be really hurt if she ever found this forum and read all the comments here. And sometimes I'm happy that Ayu can't read all her tweets, because some of them would really hurt her too.
Ayu fans aren't spoiled? TA acted kind of 'childish' too when they found out that Ayu started to tweet. She even had to write a message with apologies to TA. If I remember well, a lot of fans here 'hated' TA for this and said that she didn't need to apologize for her having a twitter account.
But I do agree that Matsuura and Chiba (CSO) did everything they could for THSK. Chiba even went to Korea to talk with SME (their Korean label). If fans want to blame someone it should be SME, but how can Japanese fans blame the Korean label? Japanese fans are only familiar with Avex and can only contact Avex managers (example, oil spoil.. the CEO of the company gets all the blame, not the people who really made the mistake). It's the responsibility of the CEO to stand tall, but I know Matsuura is a human too and he really cares about the boys. But he is also CEO and people always blame the responsible person.
But do not think that all THSK fans leave bad comments.

No, it's only SME's fault. I think every person has the right to ask for changements in their contracts. The members signed their contracts when they were still teenagers. They just wanted to be singers and signed the contract because they might not get another contract. Know that all the members, except for the youngest Changmin, lived in the countryside of Korea (read: poor side of Korea). They left their homes at a really young age to go to Seoul and to earn money. They all worked while training to be a singer. A bit similar to Ayu's story. They didn't know they would be so popular in Korea right from their debut. They worked 6 years with the same conditions (read: getting almost no money from their activities in both Korea and Japan. Money from Japan first goes to SME). They signed a contract that says they have to work for 13 years under the same conditions. Like no activities outside their group no allowed by SME are forbidden (acting and commercials). Don't forget that boys have to enroll into the army. Which makes it a contract of 16 years. Do you want to work 16 years under the same conditions with no promotions? I know I wouldn't. They can't leave the company, because that's illegal (breaking the contract = paying a sum that's to high for them to pay). Also, SME didn't want to change the contracts. The only way out is a lawsuit which can break or change the contract legally. I don't blame the members for starting a lawsuit to get things settled officially. It's their basic right as humans.
