I really loved that 50 SINGLES LIVE CM. Awesome clips there and few of what I haven't seen yet omg. I loved that Dejavu Tour POP DIVA clip because she looked absolutely gorgeus there. <3 QUEEN :luv2

It's not the same hat. The one above only has written "Volksmarine" on it. Kuu's hat has also the logo of the DDR on it.
But in both cases I think it is offensive. You can't wear a hat with the name of the marine and the logo of a dictatorial regime under which thousands of people sufferd as a simple accessoire.

Imagine someone of your family was arrested and brought to prision without a fair trial just because of a different political view. Or someone of your family got shot because he/she wanted to leave the country. Or you can't see your parents ever again, because you're living in the DDR and your parents in West Germany and you're not allowed to leave the country. And you have to fear every word you're saying, because there are always informer around you, but you don't know who it is, but you have to fear it's your own mother. And 20 or 30 years later people wear the logo and name of the marine of that dictatorial regime as accessoire and don't give a damn about what it means.

About the Volksmarine/DDR thing: she's wearing the same hat in the cover. I'm just wondering why it wasn't brought up when the covers came out. @_@ Did people just not notice it then? Or was it brought up and I wasn't around to see it? XD

You're right. Didn't noticed that. Maybe because she's wearing that hat only on the red cover and I absoluetly don't like that cover so I never looked at it again.. xD
