The concert is really good. If you don't care about spoilers, here are the highlights (I'm not gonna be specific naming the songs that has those special moments anyway):

Spoiler:

- She sings on a flying car;
- She plays electric guitar, piano and drums during some songs;
- She dances like crazy, I mean, REALLY hard and awesome choreography;
- Vocals are on point;
- Tissue dance done well, even with water and high heels;
- Great setlist. Even if you don't like the album WALK OF MY LIFE, you might like the songs there because she has really high energy during the whole concert;
- The interludes are great this time;
- The stage is pretty, with a City theme.

Btw, I really like her new dancers! There is one male dancer that is so cute and handsome, it's a good replacement since Shinnosuke left.

Lol sounds like another Walk of My Life Tour?

oh that sucks that she is not in the list:no

He was answering someone who was asking about WOML Tour, not The Artist :P

Too bad Kuu isn't at MSta, how I regret when I complained her overperforming songs on the TV, now we barely get them on TV :laugh

This was her styling for encore.

And I'm not 100% sure, as it wasn't tagged properly, but this is probably the first pic from yesterday:

Just now I saw this post, and the second picture is from a-nation'14.

Yeah it sucks . Not just them , even many female and male solos are excluded

I will still watch it for the Johnnys groups and a few others like Kobukuro

I don't know for past years but this year's line up was chosen based on viewers who have to write in to MUSIC STATION to request who they want to see on the show

but i think it's ok if she will perform there with Ai no Uta again

YukiUsagi 4th December 2015 05:03 PM

At least, still has Leo Ieiri ~ Kimi ga Kureta Natsu :love

melissalove 4th December 2015 05:08 PM

I'm not depressed at all, if kuu and ayu get to go all were gonna hear is seasons and ai no uta again. It's better if they rest instead.

Gustavopc 4th December 2015 05:14 PM

I don't understand why y'all complain at Kuu and ayu performing classics on TV. It's not like who's casually watching it at home wants to keep up on her most recent tunes, and th rise of Ai no uta on digital charts show it was a nice move actually, I doubt EX TAPE would have charted if she had sung it lol At least when it comes to her concerts and festivals setlists there's more variety :shrug She's past her popoularity peak and as long as she does not gets on top again this will be what TV viewers will expect, and since Kuu is totally audience-driven on her production this will be what she will follow.

Minttulatte 4th December 2015 05:31 PM

Aaaws, no Kuu on Music Station Super Live this year? Oh well, a good reason to skip that live then completely since I pretty much watch it only because of Kuu anyway. XD

I totally agree with you. I also love to see her old hits performed on TV because I will get strong nostalgic feelings from those performances. I really love those feelings, especially when it comes to Kuu. I kinda relive through the moment I heard, for example, Ai no Uta for the first time and thought it was beautiful as fuck. It makes me also realize that it's 8 years old. Holy shit. O.o Time flies, lol. :D

KarenPang 4th December 2015 05:34 PM

To me the problem is other artistes might sing their own recent material on MSSL once more

You see recently on FNS Kayousai . Ayu and Kuu sang their old material but Johnnys like ARASHI , Hey! Say! JUMP & Kis My Ft 2 did medleys that included material which they released this year

Something's not right as it's unfair that both ladies have to sing their old songs but yet Mika Nakashima sang Hanataba which she released this year

If I'm someone that does not listen to Ayu and Kuu , I get the impression they have not been musically active over the years which obviously is not the case

Maybe both ladies did want to sing their newer stuff but the organisers said no ?

kaled kalil 4th December 2015 05:45 PM

^ It's hard to say if they couldn't sing their newest songs, specially on Kuu's case since she wasn't even there for the broadcasting. Knowing how Kuu is treated on that show, she would probably sing, at least, one more song with someone else. But if that was the case, that's really disrespectful with them.

Kumi wasn't on Music Station SL 2014 as well, btw.

I'm pretty sure it's not the case of them not being invited, they probably have better things to do than go there. I mean, if even BoA is there to sing, there is no way they wouldn't invite Kuu and Ayu.

Gustavopc 4th December 2015 05:53 PM

Loving how shady this thread is these days, tea is being served hawt

Corvina 4th December 2015 06:26 PM

Kaled is right. The last years before, Kuu always performed a collabo with someone else at FNS Kayousai. Back in 2012 she even had 4 songs (Ai no Uta, Shake Hip! plus two other collabos).
Considering her set this year was prerecorded, as she couldn't be there having her own concert that day, we don't know, what would have happended if she had had time.

kaled kalil 4th December 2015 07:44 PM

And by the way, during 2014, she only had ONE performance on TV (SHOW ME YOUR HOLLA - Music Japan).
I'd rather see her singing Ai no Uta three times again, than no performance at all.

I don't think she'll attempt Music Station Super Live as long as it's on Christmas Day like it is this year. She has a kid, and I think her family comes first during holidays. :)

This also applies for the year end shows - she skipped all year end show the last two years and was on vacation with her family instead ( being with Kenji's family in Taiwan).
Even though we of course don't know if she even was invited or not and decided going on vacation before or after. :P

I have no problem with them singing classics/old songs, I just wish it wasn't always the exact same track.

Though for Kuu I don't mind so much that she's always sings Ai no Uta, because I'm just happy she stopped singing koi no tsubomi...

I'm obsessed with the digipak packaging!!! But the sticker on the plastic wrap of my copy is half ripped off TT__TT
