He didn't have a solo single. It's a solo album. It's called Turn Over. ;)

Technically it is a single. But it's a digital single like you said. It's 2 different stuff. Like Ayu for example, she has a special category, "Digital Single" in her official site. Notice how Together When... is not in the "Singles" category but in the "Digital Single". ;)
