haha, she has a lot of practice over the years to do the "cool-cold" look. the funny thing is she can do it at ease in front of the cameras but will fail horribly if she's expected to look "cool" while maintaining eye contact - e.g. all those NGs for RS PV scene where she was handing over the cassette tape :p

It's that Typical "Demure" look that Namie's always doing that so many other females do in photos. It's just that Namie does it so much, it doesn't come off as Demure all of the time. Sometime it's a boring or dead look as described above. I wouldn't say it's anything signature to her. So many do it. It's just that they might not do it SO OFTEN so they don't always come across as cold and bland.
