The costume and her style looks even better in motion!

DogboyShugo 18th September 2012 03:55 AM

So she's back to using extensions for her hair? Heh. She looks so much better with longer hair.

inspire_rmx 18th September 2012 03:58 AM

Sounds like she sang very well!!! I did wish for some heavy rock songs, but a pop summer setlist makes sense as well.

Earth_maiden 18th September 2012 05:09 AM

Well... this looked more like a female sexy version of kishidan's classic outfit... x,x

ExodusUK 18th September 2012 02:10 PM

Are they supposed to be dressed like Oendan?

Well, I know that, haha. But the general feel... with the slicked back ponytail and 'powerful' look.

Andrenekoi 18th September 2012 02:45 PM

@ExodusUK
Well, their outfits tend to be based on japanese school uniforms to fit the Bōsōzoku... I believe the Oedan outfit fits it.

Kishidan's hit songs "One Night Carnival" and "Zoku" were featured in Nintendo's Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan, and Moero! Nekketsu Rhythm Damashii Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan 2, respectively, which are games about ouendan (cheer squads). The song "One Night Carnival" (a cover version) is even used for a level that was inspired by one of Kishidan's live performances. Coincidentally, the characters wear long gakuran coats and dance like Kishidan. The dancing style is based on actual ouendan cheering routines, and long gakuran coats are often worn by ouendan cheer teams. It is possible that Kishidan's lively and powerful dance routines were inspired by the tradition of ouendan cheering, a subject that is unique to Japanese culture.

@truehappiness Well... the powerful look is a constant for a while now, isn't it? Or at least, everytime she is doing something rockish or upbeat.
