This one's hard; I'm struggling between Namie and Kuu, but in the end i think Namie gets it. I really liked QoHP and Style, and i think her next album will be great too. Kuu would've beaten her, but I didn't really dig her 2006 stuff (although i LOVE BUT/Aisho).

Ayu's not the top 1 for me but i do love Hikki, Namie, OLIVIA, melody. and Tommy heavenly6 besides Ayu

After Ayu, I'd have to say Utada.

She has such a strong voice, its amazing. :D
