It is. She's also iincredibly popular in Finland. :D There's always Gaga on radio lol, and she even held two concerts in Helsinki (originally it was just one but there was so many demand on tickets so they made put up another show too). I wish I was able to go there. :( Hartwall Arena... *sob* I'm still so sad about it lol. :D

Edit: the official Universal Music JP website has a tracklisting up for the box and so far there's only 20 tracks in total. I wonder if that's it? :P

way too expensive for way too little songs. $90 for 20 songs? not to compare, but britney spear's singles collection box set was about the same price and it had 58 songs, 27 music videos, and a 32 page photobook.

Exactly. Lady Gaga has way too little singles to release a Single Collection. She probably doesn't even know about this, though, considering it's Japan Only (for the time being).

It's way too early for a best, Gaga! Please don't release + promote one here, people will get sick of you!

I do have to admit, for a moment there I even considered cancelling Love Songs Limited Edition and ordering this.. 5 seconds later I was like WTF screw that! :laugh

it's not a best album. it's a singles collection. and she only has a like 10 singles so far.

Also Each single is going to be coupled with a remix and put on it's own cd. A CD can hold up to 80 minutes of music. what a waste of a cd if each one is only going to have 2 songs.

I think she should release a 2 cd album instead. the first being all her singles so far, the second being a remix of each song. Then release THAT album for about 25 dollars. and MAYBE I'd think about buying it.

I don't see how it's that big a problem. It's not like everyone is going out to buy it... Japanese people aren't even buying 1,000 yen singles :P

Then why don't the japanese stop the release of singles like the americans?
