I just found it out-dated by current pop standards

lmao yeah I saw the lyrics with regards to that's what she said & it's just so o_O

So much so that JAPONICANA has a Parental Advisory sticker attached to it lmao

But I don't think this's an album that I want to download/listen since I feel that his English stuff is pretty crap/have no substance & quality unlike his Japanese stuff :x

TEST DRIVE & Sun Burns Down are catchy yeah but lyrically , it's a different matter altogether

it's a shame that the lyrics bring down a rather decent album. Jin got a lot of "hot" producers and featuring artists (SERIOUSLY, HOW DID HE GET UFFIE & STATIC REVENGER?!??), but what. the. hell. are these lyrics? they're not even.......i just can't. i actually like club/dance music, but not even the production could save this album for me.

I don't even bother to download JAPONICANA & I actually did thought of reviewing TEST DRIVE EP via my blog but after listening to just how bad it was , I don't even dare to think how much worst JAPONICANA is :x

It's surprising even the big bosses in Warner would allow him to release such stuff & the fact that this's supposedly his debut English album , it makes things even more embarassing =_=

i just can't believe how elementary and immature the album is. it's really a Japanese guy pretending to know what "American music" is. i guess the bundle of his success with this album will be in Japan & i doubt his Japanese fans will have an idea of what he's saying.

you know, i have been very forgiving of Jin and i truly honestly wanted him to succeed, but lol idk, he's left a very bad impression on me this time around. he could do so much better & i won't be supporting him this time around.

And I'm pretty sure the bulk of the sales that will be contributed to JAPONICANA will be his hardcore loyal Japanese fans . I seriously don't think a English speaking fan would even want to show his support by getting JAPONICANA as it's just so *pulls a face

^ i'm currently on a Jin Akanishi detox. i just can't stand him at all fronts at the moment & i need a break. perhaps it will change in the future & i'll calm down sooner or later, but i don't think i can appreciate him on the same level that i once did.

i'm not mad, despite my posts saying so. LOL. it's just, i don't think he understands everything he's going into. he's been given such a great opportunity, but i think he's wasting his talents & making poor personal decisions. also, i don't think it's fair that he's going rogue while the other Johnny's don't have that freedom...

well, Kame, now...he's changed as well. except, he went the other route! it's been such a pleasure watching him grow up. he really was this punk kid back in the days, i mean he did hang out with the now infamous "Akanishi Troop". i'm really glad he didn't stay that way. he's super mature, incredibly well-versed, and professional. he always manages to surprise me somehow (in a good way, not the face-palming way) :)

& the other members of KAT-TUN are really good guys too. i respect Maru a lot as well. he's the normal, but integral piece of the group. he's my 2nd favorite, but all the guys have special places in my little JE world, lol.

i just think i'm over Jin & all his drama. :\

fair enough on what you said about Akanishi & I do agree on what you said as signing a million dollar record deal with Warner Music & for him to produce this kind of rubbish , it's obviously he didn't utilise the chance on what works for him best on the solo career front :x

I mean before what happened to him on the personal front with the whole shotgun marriage , I already had a pretty bad feeling about his impending English solo career as face it , so many Asians over the years have tried to take a stab at the US market but a lot of them have failed & with Akanishi coming out with such a terrible record , can you imagine just how much face will be lost ? :no

I'm kinda glad that when I 1st got my exposure to Johnny's if not KAT-TUN some 4 years back , I didn't fancy the pants outta Akanishi so much (that goes to Ueda & Kame eventually xD) but seeing him in this state now , I don't know if feeling sorry for him are the right words to use :x

Haha well Kame will always always have a special place in my heart even though I'm not crazily into him as much as before but I really fell for him hard for close to a year & it has been great seeing him grow & matured as a person & let alone then some xD

It still amazes me that even though he's the youngest in the group , the maturity that he displayed be it in the individual or group front , that gathers a lot of respect from me . I'm sure he has a lot of bad rumours thrown in front of him over the years but I respect that he handles them all in a good professional manner & not sweeping all of them under the rug

Nakamaru is not known as the mother hen in the group for nothing you know :P , even though I still wish that the others will stop bullying him so frequently ~_~ , whatever happened to Taguchi for being the 'victim' ? ;p

To be honest I never cared about Jins' solo stuff anyway. So I'm neither suprised nor disappointed. I can see how a fan would be disappointed though. I just don't care enough about him to feel sorry. That whole episode is hilarious to me. I also doubt, like ll moments ll, that most japanese fans understand the offensive content of his lyrics. It's english so it's got to be cool, right? I don't wish this to be the end of him, he has a wife and child to support - but it really seems to go downhill. I cannot say this often enough - but I'm so glad he is gone from my flawless KAT-TUN.

I still think his Japanese solo material has substance if not great (like care , Murasaki , Seasons) but I wouldn't lie that what's really driving me mad is this attitude that he's putting up in that he assumingly thinks he's a really big hot shot (in Japan maybe but in USA , you're a mere small fry & know it no)

Transformation was the keyword for KAT-TUN’s Kazuya Kamenashi’s latest commercial, reports Oricon on March 12.

Kamenashi is the latest celebrity to endorse KIRIN’s canned tea drinks 午後の紅茶 (Gogo no Kocha, Afternoon Tea), and took part in an event to promote the product in Tokyo today.

The new commercial shows a normal businessmen transforming into the good-looking Kamenashi after taking a sip of the drink. On the topic of transformation, the press asked Kamenashi what he would want to transform into.

“I’d like to become a woman and wear a skirt. I’m just curious about how it feels. I’d like to wear a skirt and go for a stroll around town.”

Kamenashi said he found it really exciting to work with a motion capture camera for his new commercial.

“The device is so cool. It can tell what I look like from the side when all I’ve been doing is face straight forward.”

While the Johnny’s talent was telling the press he had fun working with the director, who would ask Kamenashi to wink at the camera, the cameramen at today’s event asked him to kiss the can of drink.

“You’re asking for more than the director,” Kamenashi said before hesitating, but eventually giving in and kissing the tea can from different angles.
