well for what it's worth MW had a lower index on it's 5th day. So hopefully the index will be a bit over 5000 k, but whatever happens it will sure sell more than 120 k in it's initial week, and all I am hoping is that it won't drop much the next week. And yeah I know it wasn't the same day of the week but that's not the point ^^

Heh, sales are dropping but oh well. If this was released a year ago, there would be weekend/Christmas boost, but the ECONOMY (lol convenient excuse here) really pulled the sales down... and it's still #1? So the other singles sold lower... and it's just generally bad for the whole J-Pop music industry...

She had two concerts that weekend and they sold the single outside of the venue, so I guess that's why the MW sales boosted as much as they did :)

Ayu's sales seem to be getting more and more front-loaded. It kind of stinks since the first day sales don't seem to be a good indicator anymore of what her ultimate sales are like...

When did you check the charts the last time? Ayu's first weeks were really similar to this for the last couple of years.
What hiatus? Touring isn't the same as hiatus.
