I just got an e-mail notification that mine shipped. I ordered on the first day, about 30 minutes after they initially went on sale.

The e-mail is dated Saturday; I just didn't check it until this morning. I would have thought you'd gotten an e-mail also since you ordered before me (and presumably we're all using Tenso addresses...) Hopefully the rest will be sorted out by Monday.

i just checked on mu-mo and still no any updates yet.but i can wait :D

Supposedly my package has been delivered to Tenso, though I haven't received confirmation from Tenso yet (maybe tomorrow?). Anyone else get updates from mu-mo on their order status? I'm starting to worry that there was a mistake lol.

did you receive any tracking code from them?by right they emailed you the tracking code already.

I received a tracking code form Mu-mo, yes. That's how I know it's been delivered. I'm just waiting on confirmation from Tenso.

weird.i just checked on my mu-mo order...it says shipped.but when i click on the status there,it re-direct me to tenso 'my page' but there is nothing there.i think they will email me the confirmation later

^ yeah, my order status page also redirected me to Tenso. The tracking code was in the e-mail. :)

I unfortunately didn't check my order status page at mu-mo until after I got the e-mail, so I don't know how long of a lapse there is between the update at mu-mo and you receiving the e-mail.

i received the email already.and it just send out.i assume it will reach tenso tomorrow and tenso should notify me latest by thursday

Today I received an email letting me know that my item has shipped as well. The original shipping date that they gave me was the 25th but it looks like they may be shipping out earlier than the dates given (unless that was an expected delivery date, not shipment date). I checked the tracking number and it was shipped today so I'm hoping it will arrive at Tenso by the end of the week. I'm so excited!

I received mu-mo notification email. Unfortunately, I don't know why mu-mo keeps saying I put the incorrect information. In fact, I think I already put the correct order number and number phone which has been notified in the email.

"It may take some time before your site is reflected in the inquiry number above. Please note."<--- Does this notice is related to my problem now?

i ordered at 15 march,

at mumo's email they state planned date to be shipped is 22 April.

but when i try to check my order, i have same condition that state:
