The real reason is that she couldn't make it because of miscalculation of her staff/her.
ayu couldn't care less who performs last, first in the middle or whatever.

I also doubt that she is banned and I'm almost sure she will perform on Mste exactly once to promote the new album :P

We did not see any plans at all for a single to release in December, and there's three (not two) CDLs this year... :(

It didn't stop her in 2008 when she performed Mirrorcle World and SURREAL.

I honestly think she has been blacklisted from music programs now. I doubt she'll be on any anytime soon, and that's a pity. But one could see it coming.
