Namie & Ayu aren't in the same agency ! Avex has nothing to do with the cancelation of this concert so nothing is impossible lol I hope she can tours overseas one more time ^^

Not same agency but after seeing how much tix naime sold, considering that she's the top selling artist now, I'm afraid that they wouldn't bring in ayu... and once bitten, twice shy.... I hope they don't have phobia of inviting other japanese act here :no since they can easily earn much more from kpop acts...

~angel*ayumi~ 13th May 2013 06:31 PM

May I ask why Namieīs concert was canceled? *didnīt follow her for a while*

ayuuk 13th May 2013 07:02 PM

Namie's 20th Anniversary official webpage said that the cancellation was due to local technical difficulties, and then changed to local promoter problems. >"<

Ayu was very popular in singapore in early 2000/2003 no ? I think you are more able than me to say that but I think Ayu has a bigger fanbase there ?? I read somewhere she was the only japanese singer to place an album in number 1 position in the Singaporean charts ? I know it's more than 10 years ago but she must have a good amount of fan there ? wait & see =)

Yeap she's well known here. But seeing that namie was invited and not ayu already says that getting ayu is much more difficult. And it's always been the bad reports of ayu that have been appearing on newspaper :no and I don't think they know the fan base of ayu in Singapore... it's sad that ayunite! Was closed :(

well, at least the 3D version was here :)

AT10 is my fave concert and RnRC is definitely on my top 3 fave albums. :love

Omg, that mask.... not pretty :(

Did she sing Trauma on Yokohama or is it still out of the setlist?

She didn't sing Trauma I guess based on MissElin_ report, maybe she thought Sunrise is all the setlist need, no need for Trauma unless the previous song is ballad like YOU or Seasons. That's what I thought by seeing the changes so far

I feel the same way :( it's terrible. A smaller venue will do no justice to their shows too.

was sooo thankful for that LOL!

Great vocals both Yokohama dates, no Trauma, no MC, Sunrise during encore on both dates.

The mask is kind of scary. But I kind of like it though lol

Amuro Namie and Ayu are both in Avex...

jiarongisme 14th May 2013 03:16 PM

^ Ayu - Recording Label and Management: Avex
Namie - Recording Label: Avex, Management: Visual Factory.

Tour cancellation was done by the management team.

Anyway, I'm really curious about the encore songs for the next few stops. It kinda sucks that the MC section is gone (since POWER of MUSIC I think?), I really enjoyed those on the DVDs.

inspire_rmx 14th May 2013 03:44 PM

the mask is pretty cool looking.. but definitely room for improvement to that costume. especially as the costume for the opening

:yes

Sorry I should have say management ^^ but in definitive it's the fault of Vision Factory not avex.

I've heard that the "real" reason why Namie's concert was cancelled because of low ticket sales?
