I think it's fake because Mu-mo has confirmed it would be included instumental, but it looks perfect not like photoshopped

I think it's a real cover. I think it's impossible to create a cover like that only with photoshop. Maybe the only fake it's the tracklist. If Mu-mo says there will be an instrumental, the tracklist announced by that blog it's fake [or a minimal part xD].
