I went to 3 shows for the 7 days final, and I regret not going to all of them XD You should definitely try to go to all the shows you can, as long as you have the possibility of course :)

For POWER of MUSIC I attended both Yoyogi dates and if I could have, I would have gone to even more shows:laugh.
What the others already pointed out is totally correct, it's good to have different seat locations for the different shows. At the first date I was in A block, Arena seats and for the second date in the very back at the Stands - so, very different locations. Both were amazing and it was so cool to have different perspectives:yes.

God, some of you are so lucky!

Luja. 19th May 2012 11:58 PM

^ once you are there in Japan for real you just have to get and experience everything you can (regarding this thread = attending as much dates as possible). At least this is how I feel. As a foreigner, who knows when your next chance will be, if ever? And ayu's shows are worth it!

Pieces_of_SEVEN 20th May 2012 12:26 AM

^^^Yeah, you're definitely right, I'm sure!

TeamAyu2004 20th May 2012 12:31 AM

I hate this thread! lol
it makes me want to take out a credit card and just leave... lol

I want to go soooo bad!

Pieces_of_SEVEN 20th May 2012 01:17 AM

^^Exactly. So let's go to CDL!!

TeamAyu2004 20th May 2012 01:57 AM

I think Im totally going to that one no matter what!
Im hoping to have my job in japan by that time, so I will be there anyways...
if not, I'm taking another job just to fund this trip...

LacusClyne 20th May 2012 05:45 PM

To be honest, if you are going to your first Ayu concert, from my point of view I would recommend you to go for her arena tour then CDL. The shows are more glamorous, and her vocals are stronger then most CDL. At least going to Arena tour means there's a lesser chance of getting dissapointed then CDL, after all it's gonna be your first experience.

I guess that's true, but imo the big + that comes with CDLs are the setlists which are often a lot more interesting than ATs.

ayumisrael 20th May 2012 07:53 PM

Yeah CDLs are usually more varied in setlists though lately I think that the ATs become more variable as well (like AT2010).

primavera♥ 21st May 2012 01:53 AM

I'd rather not go to a CDL first....but I won't have opportunities to go to either anytime soon so its not important.

I wish I could see this tour though.

ayuuk 21st May 2012 02:05 AM

^Why this tour in particular?

My first time seeing Ayu live is arena tour, so personally I think ATs are better for people who go for the first time. But yeah, CDLs tend to have more varied setlists (and probably more songs that I like). :)

I want her to do another Asia Tour for 15th Anniversary :))
If she hold a tour in Taiwan, then I can come~ Japan is so expensive for me, it's hard to get a visa too :(

Really? Odd. I live in Serbia and we don't need visas for Japan. The prices over there are pretty much similar to the other European countries at least when it comes to food and some of the hotels are even cheaper than the ones I've been to in Germany or Austria. The only thing that's pretty expensive in is the airplane ticket and the ride is awfully long (around 14hrs).

~angel*ayumi~ 23rd May 2012 08:45 AM

Yeah it depends on what kind of deal your country has with Japan.

@chu-lips - yes if you wanna go shopping or clubbing; the stuff that's sold in supermarkets and the majority of fast food restaurants aren't really much more expensive than the ones in the majority of European countries. I am from Serbia and we have really poor economy and pathetic earnings yet I didn't find Japan that expensive especially if you're just going there to see things and not to buy clothes and electronics.

~angel*ayumi~ 23rd May 2012 02:41 PM

Yeah foodwise Japan was really cheap if you ask me. maybe because you have such a huge selection of restaurants there xD
But yeah clothing and such seems more expensive^^

Earth_maiden 23rd May 2012 03:50 PM

I couldn't buy clothing over there, unless I dropped 50 kilos or so, lol. So that's one thing I don't need to budget for, thankfully. :D
