I think that's because the box has a photobook so if you want the pictures then buy the expensive item (and at the same time they make the box more special)

Well... I think that's why they released the CDL DVD so late... It's even possible that Ayu had to re-record the vocals. I'm pretty sure of that... AutoTune would have modified her voice too much.

Hmm I can't tell since haven't watched the thing but MCM is taken from the actual live, if you ask me. There are moments when her voice breaks in such a way that would be really really difficult to recreate.

That's pretty sad that you listen to a live version of a song but it has been so heavily edited to make it sound decent that it's not even a "real" live version anymore lol

I hated (well that's a strong word) Made in Tokyo CDL so much that i didn't even bother watching the TV version until the end, when it's uploaded i will give it a try though. Till then i'm going to download the CD and see how it sounds.

Is it me or the DVD/Bluray rip of both DVDs is taking longer than usual? Not complaining, just noticing.

I attended this year's tour twice and in Yoyogi the acoustic is horrible. She sounded like in the wowow live version without being edited. In osaka she sounded like in the edited version. I think the Yoyogi stadium has not a good acoustic.

Even though of course the sound is edited for the did. Hahaa

^ I was reffering to the comments about Many Classic Moments though :) The acoustic had nothing to do with it i think, her vocals just really sucked that day haha

I liked what they did with Many Classic Moments, I'm pretty satisfied with MADE IN TOKYO.
I really can't stand how she DESTROYED MOON in MADE IN JAPAN Tour, such a beautiful song and her voice is really weird in this performance. Same with Mad world.
I would have preferred Endless Sorrow and BRILLANTE to make it in the final CD tracklist.

WOW! Just listened to MCM and is impressive the voice edition! :O I mean there are still flaws and high pitches so it's not robotic but it's so much better than the TV version! And they rearranged the whole song because Tetsuya was a mess during the live!

I made a little sth for all of us who are impatient. Many Classic Moments from last countdown, video from TV-rip, audio from the audio CD xD So kind of sth we will be getting with the proper rip. Enjoy because now it is really enjoyable!

I think they used MCM from another day for this release, because her tremolo/vibrato is different in the Live-CD than from TV-Version...
