I think the group photo was taken last Sat ie. on the last day of BREAKERZ Fan Club Live 2018

Noticeably absent is the guys' longtime backup drummer MAKOTO who unfortunately wasn't able to back them up at the last BREAKERZ Fan Club Live 2018 . MAKOTO was in Tokyo but he was doing backup drumming for Onmyo-Za at TOKYO DOME CITY HALL

So drummer masshoi stood in for MAKOTO for the 2nd time after he did so the 1st time on 8th Sept at Nagoya ReNY Limited

That said the guys look great especially AKIHIDE *___* . DAIGO is ... forget about it haha xD

What of his solo stuff would you recommend I listen to? That artwork has got me intrigued!

Akihide's aesthetic lately has been so beautiful. I love the steampunk feel it has. I still need to get Electric Wonderland. Just the photobook it comes with is reason enough to get it.:luv2

Personally I always have liked AKIHIDE's singing voice a lot more than DAIGO's . DAIGO's singing voice in the past during his indie days was really bad & poor (when he was DAIGO☆STARDUST , his voice was still quite rough) and it took him a very long time to improve his vocals

Years ago before BREAKERZ was formed , AKIHIDE was the frontman of NEVER LAND and even at that time he sounded great

People who have never heard AKIHIDE sing before tends to get shocked cos his singing voice is very different from DAIGO

AKIHIDE's debut solo album Amber is so far his only album release that he sung in all songs but yet he nailed it so flawlessly , from the songs to the artwork that he created & etc

His other solo albums are instrumental driven . In RAIN STORY , he only sung in 1 song RAIN MAN while for his latest album Kikai Jikake no Yuenchi -Electric Wonderland- , 1/2 the songs he sung while the other 1/2 of the album is instrumental

I have BREAKERZ's entire discography in my hard disks so if there's anything you want , I can PM you without any issues

But to answer your question , I would recommend Amber even though I like most if not all of everything that AKIHIDE has created xD

Oh yeah Kikai Jikake no Yuenchi -Electric Wonderland- is great but I would have prefer if AKIHIDE made the album flow better cos if you listen to it the 1st time , you will not know which song/s he sing and/or not

I rather the 1st 1/2 of Kikai Jikake no Yuenchi -Electric Wonderland- features his vocals & the 2nd 1/2 to be instrumental but that's just me x)

The photobook is fantastic , 120 pages that're all created/drawn by AKIHIDE himself :love

I know Being has blocked videos in USA , I don't know if the same thing applies for UK but here're some videos uploaded on the guys' website that you can hear AKIHIDE sing

Ghost is the lead album promo track from Kikai Jikake no Yuenchi -Electric Wonderland-

In the clip AKIHIDE is seen doing everything backwards except for the last part where he pull down the white jacket over his face . Scenes of him tearing the paper notices , supposedly filling up the mug cup with tea , taking out his white jacket , smashing the guitar it's all done in reverse mode in the video

It's a shame Ghost Promotion Movie ain't a proper full PV like Hoshi no Kyousoukyoku & RAIN MAN ._.

And to add on further , AKIHIDE is obsessed with the moon . If not he wouldn't name his standalone animated cartoon website Moon Side Theatre for nothing

DAIGO will be starring in the manga to film adaption of Nisekoi that will open in Japan cinemas on 21st Dec

On 22nd July , BREAKERZ appeared at Dame Pri ANIME CARAVAN Dai Shukaku Sai that was held at Chiba's Maihama Amphitheatre

Attendance for Dame Pri ANIME CARAVAN Dai Shukaku Sai was based on ticket balloting which only can be done if the Dame Pri ANIME CARAVAN DVD and/or Blu-ray was purchased

Today it was announced that the Dame Pri ANIME CARAVAN Dai Shukaku Sai footages will be released in Blu-ray on 21st Dec and BREAKERZ will be included inside the footages :
