I wonder if she'll release another single in November... because I'm HOPING 'GAME' is a B-side because if it wasn't it would make the 'INSPIRE' single useless. And if 'GAME' is a B-side that means she only has 3 A-sides so far 'Moments', 'INSPIRE', and 'CAROLS' meaning she'll probably have room for another single... DAMMIT 'CAROLS' why are you only 3 tracks long.

^ Right... I actually hope GAME isn't on her next album, and I also hope her next album doesn't come with a DVD with all her videos (Moments, INSPIRE, GAME, CAROLS) cause then the INSPIRE single would have been a waste...

Because if CAROLS has more songs on it, by the time her new album comes out, all the songs will be old. Like Memorial Address.

That would be like saying }{ was a waste of money which is not necessarily true imo. By buying such singles you get the cover, you get the CD, you support ayu and you get the songs in exclusivity way before they are released in an album. Plus you get the instrumentals that are obviously not included in the album. (Not to mention that INSPIRE has such a beautiful cover, it's really good for collectors)

The news is featured on her official site, now. It has also been shown on Japanese television that her next single will debut in September. It is on pre-order. I would venture to say it is real. :eviltongu

I think Ayu does not release many b-sides (her latest was a theme of anation) because it is a 'waste' not to bulk up the album with all the music possible and reuse every ounce of it, according to her RECORD COMPANY. avex is notorious here for recycling, remixing, and rereleasing TO DEATH a lot of their most famous songs. it is not just ayu. Every Little Thing has had more remix and best albums than you can shake a stick at.

Oh gawd if she releases her new album with ALL the PVs that were included in the singles I'm going to hunt down Max Matsuura and whoever else is involved... but the Double CD Jewel Cases are nice though... BUT still not worth adding 10 dollars onto the CD.... But then again I don't think she will, like Ai Otsuka who had PVs with all her singles, her album 'LOVE PUNCH' didn't include the old PVs but 2 new ones. And also with Hitomi Shimatani, her singles didn't come with DVDs so her new album 'Tsuioku+LOVE LETTER' comes with all 3 of her PVs from this year. So either Ayu will have new PVs for the album tracks or none at all *most likely*.

I wouldn't mind that price increase if the DVD content is as full-filling as the one that came with M.A

It's cheaper than having to purchase a DVD of a PV Compilation.

If Mika's upcoming album came with ANY PVs at all, it'd make me a very very very very very happy man.

Just concentrate on Fayray's first. For a little over 100 yen you get a DVD with 3 PVs, their makings and some off-shot footage. ^^;;

Nah, Sony knows how to milk money from Mika. At least she has concert DVDs - I've yet to see ANY for ZONE. ;_;

I think Avex might be using the Ai Otsuka Strategy, like TeamAyu said. It's a good one too, because I'm buying my first CD+DVD single for Kingyo Hanabi. But I really hope she has a video compilation DVD because I'd buy it to see Sakuranbo and her other 7 videos. But I bet they won't, because then everyone that want the PVs in official DVD will have to spend all that money on the +DVD ones.

Well...the 3 of DAI's CD+DVD PVs were included in their third Clip Compilation...so they aren't entirely evil.

But any bonus PVs on a DVD with Ayu's album makes me happy (Well...if it's not a PV like INSPIRE that is...), as long as the price raise isn't ridiculous for its contents. I love the crystal clearness of DVDs. <3

OT: Fayray...Hmm...I was tempted to get one of her old OS Albums which were in-stock. But I asked someone for advice and they say Fayray's old music was like hitomi's...bad.
