That must be the JE Hair & Styling Syndicate. They have the mission to make the most popular members of each group look weird, so that people start looking (more) at the other members. Akame were the guinea pigs and now it's spreading. Tsubasa, YamaPi, Nishikido. More to come.

But why is it Tsubasa then? I'd say Tackey is more popular, though I could imagine that it's quite balanced.

And I still think the mohawk is cool. I need to see a close-up, though, to fully judge it. But after having to deal with so much perm, waves and curls, everything else is fine.
