I honestly don't get why people are so stressed over this flu. At the minute the death toll is way less than normal flu. XD
It's actually relatively harmless compared to how many people die a month from influenza. Even doctors have said that.
Yes, it may come back stronger, but that's why scientists are working diligently. If people are diligent then this flu isn't even that serious. Sheesh. :P

flu = influenza. Just that this particular strand is bad.

Diseases have more than one strain, but they're in the same class. Like the common cold with +200 different viruses and counting.

I'm glad they're taking precaution, this is quite serious for people who do not have access to adequate healthcare.

Because the regular one has +100 strains vs a few strains for this one. I don't think it's fair to compare them right? For such a small number, it's killing alot. That's why people are afraid of it, especially in areas such as japan where it's tightly pack~

Universal Health Care, first come first serve basis I think. I'm taking a Japanese class and we're learning about illness atm. So...

I think it's just the density of people.

Actually, as the flu passes from person to person, this particular virus combination will get weaker and weaker until it decides to mutate. Along with a mix of other reasons, this is why the flu has killed more people in Mexico than it has anywhere else.

Such sad news though, about the cancelling of shows. I wonder what the people with tickets will do. :( It would suck if my concert got cancelled.

Refunds or something. No one knows for sure.
