For the microphone dress, they only changed the top part of the corset, adding some sparcly glitter and the transparent (or not) fabric dangling at one side of the bottom part.

^ maybe u're right about the skirt part, the RnR one seems to have more thin layers than the PV one, but I could bet on the corset that they only redecorated it for the sparkly effect.
As for the material I think it's the same fabric, tulle, just in a different kind of way lol
