I'd imagine this for "L". It's pretty much already been confirmed that the crossroad B-side another TK song. :P

We know one of the versions of L will have the orchestra version of crossroad... so there's a chance of a special re-recording/remix being the 7th track on the other version.

This is going back several pages, but people were saying Ayu should do something Roman themed and pose as a goddess for L's cover, and Aphrodite was named... well, Aphrodite is a GREEK goddess lol, not Roman. So I guess Venus would work but I kinda feel like that's a bit weak, as far as goddess representations go.

If Ayu had to pose as any mythological goddess, it should Minerva, IMO. She kind of already did something similar to Terra (Gaia) thing with I am..., and Iris (I forgot her Roman counterpart, if she had one) with RAINBOW. There's something so triumphant and powerful about Minerva that fits in with Ayu's career and success, and more importantly Minerva isn't a divalicious glamour goddess. She's a warrior and a figure of supreme wisdom. The covers could be subtle and yet still showcase these attributes. Juno could also work, if one wanted to play up Ayu's feminist attributes.

This is all just wild mass guessing and hopeful speculation since I sincerely and truly doubt she'll go this route for L's covers, but it's nice to imagine her doing something like this.

QFT. I would LOVE to see Ayu as Minerva on this cover, but yeah it'll probably not happen. Honestly, it's too good an idea. XD

^How about Nike as she's the goddess of victory? Even if Ayu wasn't to get #1 on the chart (which i pray she will) arriving at 50 singles is quite a big achievement i could see as being related to being victorious.

I want to see Gackt pose as hypnos, the god of sleep. shirtless, wings, surrounded by poppies and a heavy aroma of opium, very drawn in look with mesmerizing eyes... oh wait, we're talking about ayumi aren't we? >>; medusa, anyone?

But I rather have anything else than the glamour diva celebration that I fear she will do for the "L"covers. Like A COMPLETE... Anything then that, and I'm a happy bunny.

I'm still sad that the crossroad b-side is another TK song. I know some of you think he's this "legendary" composer, but I hate the melody of crossroad and I hate a song is born. I don't even care to hear anything else. Cause even if all his other stuff is "amazing" if he sucks with Ayu, that stuff doesn't matter to me.

Anyway, I know this b-side can't be written off just yet, but he's my least favorite composer she has ever worked with... :( So I'm not optimistic. I pray there are no tracks from him on "L." I really want BOUNCEBACK or GEO from SWEETBOX for her again. Or CREA + DAI, of course.

@amorphose: I think ill be good without more sweetbox. I honestly have no clue about TKs other works and because I don't like half of jpop I doubt I'd like them sadly. But I LOVE a song is born. Some of her best lyrics ever imo

I'm actually thinking the b-side might be another ballad, since there's going to be either an acoustic version or acoustic orchestra verison of it on the "L" single. Well.. she HAS had acoustic orchestra versions of non-ballad songs on her singles like Fly high, alterna, & Last Links, but they're kind of rare.

I've given up all hope or expectation for CREA to make a reappearance, heh. I feel as if CREA songs were only made because Ayu wasn't satisfied with the results she was getting from her staff because it wasn't close to what she wanted, but now that they've worked with her throughout the years they know more of what she wants or she's more certain about which sound/style she can work with based on the options given to her. In a way it's a good thing, because she doesn't have to overload herself with even more responsibilities and duties, and it means she's that much more connected and on an even creative level with her staff.

Watch Ayu totally surprise me and have like, one or all three songs on L be CREA ones :thud
