haha, as long as alan sticks to her vocal-showcasing style, I'm good. I would love it if she did something along the lines of Sennen no Niji. I think it was a really great upbeat song that worked well with her voice.

Or if she ever decided to do something like Hitomi Shimatani's Destiny ~Taiyou no Hana~... I wouldn't mind that either :P

Worse than expected but not too bad

Allthough it's not really bad position-wise, sales are REALLY low. I do hope she'll chart for a long time, but I doubt it. =/

Maybe this sounds harsh and I totally wish for alan to get more popularity and have higher ranks - she totally deserves that with her talent, but I actually like it that she's not a popular pop artist. I mean, she has beautiful expressive music and is not really producing #1-hits and I would not even like it if she turns into a real pop diva (which will never happen, I guess). I like her just the way she is: small with beautiful expressive and alternative music and that's why I am still impressed with her sales. I still think these sales are pretty high, for someone as alan.
But it's not about my opinion at all.

I would like to see alan do something like Hitomi's Destiny (because that song was damn amazing when I heard it back on her collection) but at the same time, I don't think she'd be able to pull it off. It'd be interesting though.

The peak is good, the sales aren't really good, but is enough for get more new japanese music, yay!!!
