So it seems that including pre-orders, Namie has already sold over one million copies... in just one day. She officially has that 10s20s30s40s Million Seller achievement. We stan a legend.

That's amazing!!!!! So happy for her!!! Legend indeed.

In other news, I freaking love this album but I'm not all that into How Do You Feel Now. However, I find myself singing that part 'How do you feeeeel now, how do you feeeeeel now.' Over and over and over. I literally have not been able to get it out of my head since I first heard it. Oh God.

SunshineSlayer 8th November 2017 01:03 AM

Knew a million copies would not be a problem. :). I'm in Tokyo right now and the level of Amuro mania is just incredible. Grab that retirement money.

I haven't been following the charts too closely but ALARM has managed to stay within the Top 5 on the Tower's Daily Pre-Orders chart for at least the past few days now.

Namie comin for all the records before she leaves.

The fanspace members-only lottery is from November 13th to November 22nd. This one is strictly for fanclub members and doesn't require you to have bought the album.

The second lottery (not sure if it's confirmed to be a lottery yet or not, but it probably is) opens up on November 15th. And it's for anyone that bought the album and has that code card inside.

Thanks so much!

But another thing regarding the 2nd lottery, it is still uncertain if its open to international fans am i right? For that you need a ticketbo jp account but whether that concert appears on the ENGLISH ver of the site is another question also.

So there's 2 things that are still uncertain for international fans.

Your tickebo account works on both the English site and the Japanese site, so there's nothing to worry about! :)

So even if you signed up through the English site, you can still use the same account to log into the Japanese site and apply for any of the concerts on the Japanese site as well. It's just that everything will in Japanese :P

So when it comes time for the lottery, anyone with a tickebo account (English or Japanese) can apply. You'll just need to give the lottery page a quick Google Translate if it's only on the Japanese site. :yes

I just realized that! Haha. Signed up for an account now but I realize the lives on the English site are pathetic. So I guess, if anything, they will put em up (heh) on the Japanese site.

However, a Japanese credit card will probably be required for this if im not wrong? For Ayu's ticket, I used my local VISA to pay for it. I don't know if ticketbo functions that way. Also, any idea, what if I have a Multi-currency account with JP Yen, could that work??

My friend told me that it translates as the SHOPS have ordered a million copies. not so much SALES in a day.

Can someone clarify?

If you originally signed up with an account on the English site, your only option to pay is with your (international) credit card. I assume Japanese credit cards, if you have one, work as well but I've never tried since I don't have one lol.

They will ask you for payment information when you apply for the lottery and your card will be automatically charged if you win.

And tickebo will charge you in yen, I think. :yes

Most of the sites are saying it's surpassed 1 million orders. One of the sites (https://www.tokyo-sports.co.jp/entam...inment/821344/), though, states that 1 million orders have been made my sellers. So, it's a bit confusing as to whether or not that many has been sold yet or it's just the amount of copies ordered by stores.

Edit: Looking at some more articles, it seems we jumped the gun a bit? More articles are stating that over 1 million copies were ordered by stores, so 1 million isn't necessarily how many copies have been sold so far.

chocopockymaster 8th November 2017 02:49 AM

Fucking Amazon.jp just sent me an email being like "whoops lol the CD+poster version of this album you ordered can't be shipped overseas, please look forward to only receiving the CD"

YOU COULDNT HAVE TOLD ME THAT WHEN I PREORDERED THIS MONTHS AGO??? thanks you asshats

She does that a lot in these new recordings, it seems like she just didn’t like the two words blended together. I would give more specific examples but I’m blanking, but you’ll hear pronunciation differences in both English and Japanese.

hud 8th November 2017 03:10 AM

so she didn't cross 1M yet? well idk but it won't be hard for her to do so probably.

I assume you get to choose your location (as in, the city you see her) at least? :laugh

Are all seat prices the same?

Im trying to sign up for a Japanese account using a Tenso address but the freakin registration keeps preventing me from using Tenso's phone number. Now im stuck

EDIT: ok i realized a mobile should be 080 and used the tenso for my "home phone number" instead. IM READY FOR DOME TOUR!!!
Funny how Im in Okinawa from 18th-25th. Wonder how lucky it can be to catch Ayu and Namie in the same week (yea maybe fly to mainland Japan for Namie)

haraiso 8th November 2017 03:58 AM

I feel like it has to be 1 million actual sales. It doesn't make sense to me that she would be all over the news for this just because Avex just made a million copies to be sold. But we'll see! :yes I have no doubt a million sales, whether it be in one day or in one week, is entirely doable for her. :yes

Of course you can choose your date! :laugh

There's only one flat price for tickets since seats are, unfortunately, random. And you usually don't find out what seat you're in until the ticket is issued 1-2 weeks before the concert date. But just having a ticket in the first place is the most important thing I guess :laugh

I'm praaaaaaaying there's a concert date during the brief vacation time that I can have during February. Release that tour schedule Namie!!!

KarenPang 8th November 2017 04:14 AM

I think the chances of Finally selling 1 million copies is very possible & as someone said , the prices charged for all 3 versions is very reasonably priced by Japan's standard

Price comparison against Finally & KinKi Kids's upcoming 20th anniversary best album The BEST (with all songs remastered)

Finally

3 CDs - 3,780 Yen
3 CDs + DVD - 4,644 Yen
3 CDs + Blu-ray - 5,184 Yen

The BEST

3 CDs - 4,860 Yen
3 CDs + DVD - 7,452 Yen
3 CDs + Blu-ray - 7,992 Yen

So yeah easily the price differences between both is quite substantial

Also in a way , it's a good thing that the general ticket sale for Namie's tour ain't e+ cos now they're more strict than before (ie. you need a Japanese phone number in order to receive a pin number to activate your account)

Where do I go to set up an account on ticketbo exactly???
