oro, I know how you mean. You NEED to discuss such a great concert with someone else. I wish we could've met.

Advice to those going to a venue as big as Saitama Super Arena: GO EARLY if you want to buy some goods. I waited almost 2 hours to buy merchandise!!! I didn't eat anything (was starved after the concert). Thank goodness the toilets were plentiful!!!

oro77 11th March 2007 01:33 AM

In fact, it was the first time I saw so many people for the goods !!
I guess it was the first day so a lot people went to buy goods even if they don't go to the concert.

I did not buy so many goods, only hikaru uchiwa, logo strap, pamphlet. I did not pamphlet only contains photos of CDL. A bit disappointed , I was expecting some text (a bit expensive too !)

Today, I think I will buy the wrist band, I am not such a fan of Ayu pan so I did not buy any.
I arrived at around 4pm, no more "coat"...

I wanted to ask what is the "miraa" with Ayu and Kitty ?
There is also like a note with a pen, I don't really know what it is.

truehappiness 11th March 2007 01:42 AM

It's a mirror.

And the other thing is a 180 page notepad with an Ayu pen.

oro77 11th March 2007 03:13 AM

Thank you, I think I will buy the notepad too, I want the pen :luv2

EDIT : I hope Ayu will make concert in Saitama super Arena in the future.
More seats, better stadium than Yoyogi (I think)
The sound was also better for me!

I guess it is not Tokyo, that is why Ayu prefers Yoyogi stadium.

yatsuda 11th March 2007 03:25 PM

I have to admit it was the first time I saw so many people lined up for goods!! Maybe it's the Ayupan X Hello Kitty?

Yeah, the pamphlet was a bit of a disappointment. But the Tour Book (miss)Understood is AWESOME!!!

My "casual ayu fan" friend bought the notebook. It's quite nice!

Of all the venues I've been to (Zepp Fukuoka, Fukuoka Marine Messe, Yokohama arena, Yoyogi Stadium, Saitama Super Arena), I have to also say that Saitama was really good!!! It's much bigger, and it seems like we can see Ayu from just about anywhere (at the Marine Messe, I had a seat in the stand, not too far from the arena, but a beam prevented me to see a part of the stage).

truehappiness 11th March 2007 11:31 PM

Pamphlets usually don't contain much other than stuff from the last concert [AT06/CDL06-07..]

Tour books are usually where the money is. lol

No, quite normal. It was just unnaturally lively in here for a short while ;).

The dates for the concerts outside Japan can, since weeks, be seen in the first post, at the top.

There is currently no information about the track list for those concerts, only rumors. And there will be no reliable information until we get a report from a member who attended any of the concerts.

My very first post on this board!!! Long time fan. I'm so happy to have found this board and seeing how folks were able to purchase Ayu tix from the US. I got so excited I spend the whole night reading this thread, researching transportation and lodging, and re-viewing my Arena 2006 DVD, that I didn't go to sleep until 5 am :tipsy

I have a couple last minute emergency question. Can the experts here help me out please....:luv2

On the seating, the pic on the first page (yoyogi?) shows seats in the 'centa' organized as A1-A6,...,D1-D6. Does Yokohama match this setup? But one of the experts here, Hatix, describe Yokohama as having A1-A3,...,D1-D3 in the 'centa'. The Yokohama seating map shows each row as having 54 seats across. This means having 3 blocks with 18 seats across which makes more sense than having 6 block. This would also mean that all blocks in A1-A3,...D1-D3 would have pretty good view? Somebody help!!!

Can anyone confirm what's the approximate current winning yahoo auction bid for seats in A, seats in B, seats in C?

How long from end of auction did folks receive their tix (to US) from celga?

Please please help me out! I don't have much time left to arrange this. if I were able to take this trip it will be dream come true!!!!

Hatix 29th March 2007 08:19 AM

Hi, welcome to this forum!

Well, Yoyogi has indeed more blocks in the center (1-6), while Yokohama Arena has only 3 (this I confirmed by looking at the seating diagram on the site of Yokohama Arena, and also by looking at many auctions). I believe that the B-row (and maybe C-row also still a bit), has still a good view. (But I don't know that until I'm actually there, but if you think logically about it, and that it's the same stage as last time, it'll have a good view.

I don't know about celga, how fast/slow they are. I always used akibado, they are a bit slow, but I kinda stick to them :)

About the current winnings on yahoo, well try to look at the auctions that are almost over. A-blocks are usually not under 40.000yen, B-blocks not under about 18000yen, and C-block at least more than normal ticket price (which is about 8000yen). For tickets not in the center (so アリーナ), they variate, and you'll have to check the yokohama arena site for the exact location of the blocks.

And then there's always the last option of the reseller shops :) (for the second concert :D)
Cya!

Wow, I was a little blown away by your post, tango. It reminds me so much of me, how I was around the time I also wanted to go to her concert. Those were the days, wicked.

Yokohama Arena official English page:
http://www.yokohama-arena.co.jp/english/index.html

As for auction prices, you can do a couple of searches on auctions.yahoo.co.jp, and you'll get some clues. Or you can go with Hatix's estimations.

Your excitement made my morning, tango, I'm glad this thread really does work in the way I was hoping for it to. To help out and inspire more people to be able to realize their dream.

eddi818 29th March 2007 04:02 PM

hihi!
i just went through all of those by myself..so hopefully I can help you...
well the auction price is kidna different with each case and with your luck..
I got mine for 14500 which is B1 tix, someone got his at almost face value i think it was 15000 yen for 2 which are c3 tix. I've seen some nice b sec tix that're ok pricing. section A is usually really expensive..ive seen some goes up to 100000 yen. Now the d section...some are expensive for ..I dont know what the reason is, but to me..they are way far. so if you want to..you can just go to auctions.yahoo.co.jp and search for
浜崎あゆみ 5/9 センター (that's what I use...since I am only going to 5/9 show .. センター is for arena seats)

as for celga. I thought they were VERY NICE and friendly. Answer their email pretty quick, just remember if you don't get an immediate response, EMAIL THEM AGAIN. My email did get lost (gmail to yahoo) the first time. The shipping was pretty quick. I just got my ticket last week which I won the bid for about a week and half or 2 weeks ago. I think they are nice people, had a good experience with em.

tango 29th March 2007 10:07 PM

Thanks ALL!!! (h,i,e)
Not too much good tickets on auction (at affordable prices). Don't know if I can live with flying so far and sitting in the nosebleeds. Waiting anxiously :tredface to see if I can snag a pair, tick-tock-tick-tock....

immel 29th March 2007 10:53 PM

Extensive updates made to the first post.

well i think anything in b to front of C is good...especially seeing how ayu's stage is always T extended... A is just way overpriced and way too expensive..

maneayu 30th March 2007 02:56 PM

yahoooo!!!!!
We have another AHS member who'll go to Yokohama concert!!
This AHS meeting will be so exciting =)

Tango, omedetto and welcome =)

Ayu's concert for Yokohama, which pattern is it ?
A or B?
In the yokohama stadium web site, there are 3 pattern for an event. I would like to know which one Ayu will use.

Maybe it has already been asked but I did not find.

EDIT :
I found a picture of the stadium, it is ok now
