^^^The lyrics are great, but I hate the melody. That's why I don't like TK. crossroad and a song is born have such uninteresting melodies. x_x It totally sucks, cause I don't speak Japanese so even if the lyrics are great, that CAN'T make up for a ****** melody. I'm sorry. =\ I just wish this guy would go away, or get interesting..

It's really a matter of personal taste and what you're into. I personally find nothing wrong with TK compositions because he has a distinct style/touch that makes him stand out to me amongst most of Ayu's composers -- or pretty much any Jpop composer. I wouldn't say TK songs are my FAVORITE type of music, but I also don't have a problem with them since he doesn't really sound like anyone else that's out there right now, IMO.

^ I agree. He tends to have fairly simply, quite Jpoppy malodies, if that makes sense. I wouldn't want him to compose a lot of her stuff though.

most of her composers feel the same to me. it looks like tk hasn't composed in quite a while, but from the songs he's done in the past, I see no "wow factor" in any of them. But of course, as time goes on, people and taste, and styles change, so who knows how he will sound these days.

I think I'm more annoyed than anything that ayu is all obsessed over these "orchestra" versions of songs. they're, imo, starting to become filler tracks.

^I know... They're good everyone once in a while, but they really only work for certain tracks. GREEN is the only one that sounded good in recent memory. (And the fanmade Rule one.)

I wish she'd do another Classical album though... Those were amazing. :O

Rock'n'Roll Circus would be perfect for the second installment of the Classical series. It's been long enough. It has enough variety. And it's even interesting that MY STORY and Rock'n'Roll Circus are the only two albums without title tracks, so it'd be cool if they were also the only two albums with Classical versions.

It could possibly come out after crossroad and L... She could include an instrumental classical version of crossroad, since it's a TK composition and MY STORY classical had an instrumental a song is born. haha

We're just dreaming though. I doubt that'll ever happen.

But anyway, I really hope we get some news soon. I'm more curious for the rest of the titles than anything... :D

One song on L is a Kikuchi ballad it seems, so that leaves 2 [or three? -hides- Assuming that they add a song to the maxi singleness] tracks that could be CREA/DAI/someone else.

@Picaflor: filler tracks....? For what. A bunch of typical remixes...I like how she keeps up with the orchestra songs. Classical music is one of the most beautiful things to exist on this earth. And orchestra versions of ayu songs are heavenly. I usually adore them. :heart
