Sorry for my bad english, but I have a recommended deputy service to use for ordering it on mu-mo.

If you're having trouble with yesasia, my suggestion is order it directly from mu-mo using tenso (PS : I think you can read tutorial by aura~ here). And ordering from tenso mean you should have your own credit/debit card, and pay for the additional shipping from mu-mo (500 yen/shipment) + tenso restricted shipment (EMS only, I guess) + very cheap service fee (490 yen++).

The only bad thing about tenso is just... They can't ship to Indonesia, and some countries.

I found this deputy services and using it sometimes for ordering through Japanese websites that didn't accept credit card like miwa-shop / SCANDAL shop, and I think it's very reliable since all of my items arrived safely.

You can try this website : FROMJAPAN.

- their shipping method is so many (EMS / Air Mail / SAL / Surface Mail / FedEx)
- sniper bid on YAJ
- bid on YAJ yourself
- can be paid using PAYPAL / many major credit cards

- 200 yen fee/item, up to 800 yen fee if you ordered 5 or more items from the same store
- your credit card will be charged on the time you order even if the item still preorder
- have to pay bank transfer fees (200 yen++)
- 5% fee on each Charge 1 and Charge 2


Here's some tutorial I made since I just bored...

1. after you registered you account, just login

2. search and click this button

3. scroll below and check the "Other sites" options, and fill the form with item URL + Item name + quantity
(for example, I want to order the Uchiwa Light x2), then click the "Continue" button.

4. You'll be directed on the second form which you'll have to upload the pictures of the item you want, just check the box if the system already get the picture and click on "Upload selected images". If the system didn't detect the picture on the website, then you'll have to save it on your PC and upload it manually. After that, just click on the "Order" button below.

5. On the next page, you'll be notified that they'll check the price and send the price on business day.

6. Wait the email from them.

7. After you get the email, you'll get the link that directed you to their Charge 1 Payment form. This is consist of Item Price + 200 yen fee/item (up to 800 yen if you ordered from the same store). And you can pay using Paypal, Credit Card or deposit + 5% of the total.

8. Wait for their confirmation email after the item already arrived on their warehouse, and click the link to instruct how'd they'd ship the items (you can check on "Unspecified" if you want to know the shipping cost each method (SAL/Air Mail/EMS/FedEx). If you ordered another items (from same store / different store), you can wait UP TO 30 days (after the first item arrived) until all the items you ordered is arrived safely on their warehouse, and checked the items you want to send to your house.

9. Wait for their mail (again), click the link to get the "Charge 2 Payment form", on this form, you can write your own Shipping Invoice Value, and see the shipping cost of all the shipping methods they offer (if you check on "Unspecified" during form #2). The charge usually contains of {Domestic Shipping costs + Bank transfer fees + International Shipping cost} + 5% of {} combined.

10. They'll sent email to you if they shipped your package. Easy, huh? :D



For information, the last time I ordered from mu-mo for my DAI special DVD, I need to pay

Charge 1
Item price : 2100 yen
5% Usage fee : 105 yen

Charge 2
Domestic shipping cost : 500 yen
Bank transfer fee : 200 yen
SAL shipping : 240 yen
5% usage fee : 47 yen

grand total : 3192 yen

^thanks, but i have no card. only online option i have for payment is paypal. i'm still waiting on my tshirt from them and if it doesnt work out i'll just pass. if YA needs to give me a refund cuz they cant get it there's a long list of saved items i've been meaning to purchase anyways.

You could sill use Noppin, you donīt need a credit card there, Paypal is fine^^

I got an e-mail of YA too, but only about the shipout date of the Photostrap has changed to 27th May, nothing about goods not available Oo

I got an email this morning from YA saying the shipout date has been changed to May 27th due to things from their suppliers for my pink tshirt.

I'm actually wondering why they're having this trouble with the Ayu goods. I've ordered plenty of Kuu's Japonesque goods and they all arrived at their warehouse and all got shipped out and all showed up at my door in really good timing....

Maybe ayu good were sold out :D

But sadly.... my jumbo towel are being delayed too... ordered it with the CDL dvd... luckily I've ordered the blu ray seperately!

:D I tend to make smaller orders all the time. Even if i want many things I basically make several smaller orders, each one just enough to make the Free Shipping. Keeps from stuff being held back longer than another item a lot, especially if the items are not already in stock.

Got the same mail about the delayed ship out date of the photobook. I asked YA to keep my order longer than five days and they agreed! Hope they will get everything in time, so I don't have to place the order again to get all the goods.

I got my cookie tin and a photo strap on YAJ via Noppin, I just need to get them shipped. Been putting off ordering anything on YA, now I'm glad I did.

I guess they just didnīt get enough items to fullfill there orders from the 1st batch. Next mu-mo shipout date is 22nd May, thatīs why YA has shipout date 27th May, it needs a few days to arrive at their warehouse. Hope I will get all mky 3 items with the next batch...

New Update!! Just checked and YA has my Pink Tshirt "Ready And In-Stock" now according to the details of my order on my account. :D :heart

Everyone else, I suggest checking your YA orders on your accounts as well if you havent gotten any email updates quite yet.
