I was listening to A BEST 2 -WHITE- and ourselves started playing and got me like............ wtf is this song doing on the WHITE best...?

It's not a dark song, that's why. I see it as a song about how to be who we are and that is not a dark theme at all. That's why it's on WHITE best. BLACK best has dark/heartbroken/sad songs in it and WHITE best has upbeat/happy/catchy songs on it. :)

Even without the PV, I think those lyrics are rather dark tbh

The song itself is very pop and evokes an uplifting feeling during the chorus. The verse portion also sounds very light-hearted. It's certainly not as grave sounding as the material that appears on BLACK.

Ourselves' lyrics are uplifting and fierce, and not dark at all imo. :)

Regarding that A BEST 2 WHITE tracklist Moments should actually be on A BEST 2 BLACK

I think for Moments it had more to do with the music (I'm a little too lazy to look at the lyrics lol). The song doesn't really fit in with all the "sadness" on BLACK. Moments has a really uplifting chorus.

I actually really love and approve of the A BEST 2 WHITE tracklist
I played it on my CD player the other day and time just flew by lol. But because I got it used some songs skipped just a bit and when I replayed it the problems were resolved. That's the price for being cheap lol

fairyland is also not strictly WHITE, it is a very melancholic song imo. I'll make me a A BEST GRAY playlist and get over this lol

God I love the guitars in Shape of Love (and the piano!)

Anything For You is still such a gorgeous song. She wasted The Show Must Go On by placing it in the encore.
