In the situation the world is in, Kame realized it's important to be healthy (mentally and physically).

And to do that he needs to train his mind and body. For his body, he started to drink 2 litres of water everyday. He's been drinking water from hot springs lately he feels it's good for his body and it helps him to sleep better.

For his mind, there's something the director of the play, Maekawa Tomohiro, taught him. People is always worried about the past and future and that's tiresome. So the director told him to say out loud all the things he is seeing and feeling at that moment when he feels agitated.

Like, "There are 3 chairs in front of me. It's windy" and such. Its purpose is to bring him back to the present.

To keep himself healthy it's necessary to wear an armour. This means being mentally prepared and also being careful of his looks and his words and way of talking.

Nowadays, with internet and social media, everybody is always looking and their opinions always reach you. How he lives or what he says pose a risk because there will always be someone who gets offended or misunderstand his words and critics will come from everywhere

For this new year, he wants to prioritise his own wishes. Up until now he has been living prioritising others' wishes to his own, and that's okay, he likes the jobs he is having now, but it's not like they are "something he wants to do no matter what".

So in this new year he wants to prioritise his wishes and move forward proud of his own choices.
