Decided to log in and not at all surprised to see people complaining about the announcement. Hilarious to me that so many people still held on the idea she was retiring, even though she basically said she wasn't. The news was always going to be a big tour or some sort.

Concert was awesome.
Off-topic: Blackpink the next night was also quite good. Holy cow that crowd was insane.

At the Instagram stories next day she wrote
"I've been ashamed to be Ayumi Hamasaki for a long time"
"I threw it away yesterday"

I was really curious abt blackpink one too. It must have been pretty high production since they are currently popular worldwide.

It was honestly an amazing show. I’m very happy I was able to see her! I was seated near her mother too.

What a great show! It definitely felt like it was for the fans as it wasn't as staple heavy as the 15th anni show! Alterna!! As If & Dolls were very unexpected too and WOW what a moment with Lady Dynamite!

The only songs I could have done without were You & Me and Beloved. Beloved doesn't do a lot for me and I felt a better ballad could have taken it's place. You & Me I do enjoy but it being after Leilo just made it feel like any other Ayu concert to me instead of an anniversary show.

I actually really enjoyed the aerial stunts too. I usually find it a bit cliche (kinda feel everyone started doing it after Pink did but I'm prob exaggerating there!) but it really worked here and looked stunning!

From hearing folks' thoughts on Just The Way You Are I wasn't expecting to be my sort of song but I am enjoying it more on the album than I thought and is a good concert ender!
