오는 24일 발매되는 동방신기 정규 4집의 내용이 공개돼 눈길을 끈다.

19일 동방신기 소속사 SM엔터테인먼트에 따르면 동방신기 정규 4집 '미러틱(MIROTIC)'에는 세련된 멜로디와 중독적인 후렴구가 인상적인 리버스비트 댄스곡 '주문-MIROTIC'을 비롯해 발라드, R&B, 애시드 재즈, 리메이크 곡 등 다양한 장르의 12곡이 수록됐다.

특히 동방신기 멤버 시아준수와 최강창민이 작사에 직접 참여해 눈길을 끈다.

시아준수는 '노을.. 바라보다'의 작사에 참여해 사랑하는 여인을 지켜주고 싶은 마음을 노을, 태양 등에 비유해 감성적인 면모를 보였고, 최강창민은 일본 정규 3집 수록곡 '러브 인 더 아이스'의 한국어 버전 작사를 맡아 팬들의 기대를 더욱 높이고 있다.

또한 주로 동방신기 내에서 보컬을 맡고 있던 영웅재중이 '롱 넘버(Wrong Number)'라는 곡을 통해 랩실력을 선보일 예정이다.

이외에도 영웅재중의 솔로곡 '잊혀진 계절'과 SMP(SM Music Performance) 장르의 '헤이(HEY!)', 클럽댄스곡 '악녀(Are You A Good girl?)', 애시드 재즈곡 '무지개(Rainbow)' 등 다양한 장르의 곡이 담겨 음악팬들을 더욱 즐겁게 할 예정이다.

이번 앨범은 CD와 CD+DVD 버전 두 가지 버전으로 발매 된다. CD 버전에는 '잊혀진 계절'과 '러브 인 더 아이스'가 보너스 트랙으로, CD+DVD 버전에는 동방신기 멤버들이 직접 기획한 인터뷰와 공연 장면 등이 담긴 프로젝트 영상이 담겨있다.

한편 동방신기는 19일 타이틀곡 '주문-MIROTIC'의 음원을 온라인 음악사이트를 통해 선공개하며 오는 21일 서울시청 앞 광장에서 '동방신기 가을 미니 콘서트'를 개최하며 공식적인 첫 활동을 시작한다.

JJ: Of course, we have comeback after one year and seven months! We're actually releasing an album after such a long time, and the title of the album is 'Mirotic'. Firstly, Mirotic is a new word. 'Miro' in korean it means 'maze', and tic. Tic is an english word, which you put after a an adjective. So you can say that it's a combination of korean and english. So it's a new word!
YH: Does it mean that this album is an album you can't escape from?
JJ: Yes, it does.
JS: It means it's that type of album, with that type of song.
JJ: True, you can't come out of my spell. (Absolutely TRUE Jaejoongie...i'm trap in your spell forever) I feel as if the album connects with our song called 'Jumun', and if you listen to our album, you can't stop. As much as it took us to prepare for this album, it is fill with very solid songs as well, so please listen to it.

3rd Question : 'Mirotic' as Title Track

JJ: And our title track!
YH: Our title track is "Mirotic," and, I mean can't you just feel something by just the title?
JJ: It's a spell!
YH: Yes, it's a spell!
JS: Please order the album. (he's trying a gag here ^^)
JJ: A while back, there was an Internet article called "We take orders for TVXQ," I was so shocked! Look at their type of sense.
YH: Our title song, Mirotic, is a dance song composed of a reverse beat. It is a song with a very sophisticated yet cold touch to it. I think that the chorus, especially, is very charming. "You fall for me, You go crazy for me, You're my slave". It's basically about us, putting on a spell onto one woman. A thing like 'you can't leave me'.
JS: It's the appearance of a very confident man.
YH: Yes, a very positive man.

4th Qestion : An episode you remember the most during the preparation of the album?

YH: During this 1 year and 7 months, there were numerous episodes while we try out best to produce this album.
YC: There were more than many! Firstly, while we were filming the music video of Mirotic during Changmin's solo scene. It was very late and everybody was tired. Changmin was under water, in a water tank, and he dived and swam around but that water tank break!
JS: What break?
YC: You don't know? The tank!
JS: It broke?
YC: LOL!!
JS: Ah! Right it did break!
YC: You know right? Well, the tank broke, and so it took more time than we expected, and plus, Changmin had a cold!
JS: I felt bad for him, while I was watching him filming his part.
YH: What I remember the most is during our photoshoot. Even though we were excited during the filming of the music video, there were slightly some scenes where we showed some skin, right?
JJ: Yes there was.
YH: So I remember how the five of us excercised.
JJ: We really try our best.
JS: Really try our best!

5th Question : Future Plans in Korea

JS: We're back after 1 year and 7 months and finally releasing an album. We put a lot of effort in it, since it's our 4th album, and we tried our best to produce and prepare for it. We'll be greeting you with an awesome performance, awesome live, and awesome dance with Mirotic, so please look forward to it. We really want to be active until the end of 2008 in Korea, so please help us, and support us!
