EPK is a press kit in some other form than paper. A cd, dvd, tape, or the internet. It usually contains information for promotion. It's not a event or something that Utada has to do. Her PR team usually does this.

I've watched for the second time SAKURA Drops PV and

Am I the only one who find this lyric very sad?=( I never thought about it before. And now when i watch the subbed PV I find it even more sad... ^^; God, that was an amazing PV, I wish Hikki will do smth like that again.

i always thought utada was way too skinny in the colors PV. especially in that red dress :P but i LOVE the song, though. it was the first japanese song i've heard from her, i think. hikari came awhile later, lol.

Man, Come Back To Me sounds generic. It's repetitive and lyrically most of it is uninteresting. It sounds only one notch slightly above other generic pop ballads you hear in America today. I really hope she does more original things with the rest of the album... I think this single has got to be an effort to grab some radio play... ;_;

^^^ unfortunately, that is true.
More talented artists in the US, rarely make the top of the charts, whereas those who throw out generic bland pop songs, often do. Nothing wrong with that, songs are always catchy. But well... It's just the way it is...
Stargate are good hit-makers though (and they're from Norway.. yay!)
Some of the hits they have produced are:

Shakira/Beyonce - Beautiful Liar
Beyonce - Irreplaceable
Rihanna - Unfaithful, Don't Stop The Music, Take a Bow
Ne-Yo - So Sick

Plus tons of other hits... So I guess we can maybe see the direction Utadas English songs will take, if they will produce more of her songs, she will probably have similiar music like Beyonce and Rihanna has these days... Which is good I guess, but like mentioned before; Bland.

The quality of Hikki's PVs died with her marriage ^^

Well, since her divorce, she hasn't made a lot of REAL PV's, only HEART STATION and Prisoner Of love... I hope that Come Back To Me will have a PV, and it'll be great.
