If you have Windows or a Mac... you can use a sound recording program that's already installed... that's how most people do their chaku uta recordings.... (tethevo/teth and tokyoxjapanxfan did it this way, I believe...)

I have no idea how it's done in super HQ though. Probably involves some wires and a ripping program.
