Was feeling quite meh about Step by step initially but a couple more listens made it grow on me. And I can foresee the whole genericness of the song, PV and its tie in to lead to it becoming a moderate hit down the road.

Or she could also just be trying to make a titular continuation from FIVE without any other kind of symbolism (which would also mean she herself knows LOVE and again were shams haha). I guess the possibility of a hidden / bonus sixth track would be a nice thing to hope too

Ayu has indeed gotten a bit recycled and repetitive with concepts and lyrics lately. There's no overlooking that, but ayu writes in accordance to her current reality and present struggles. Love and secrecy are very oh so present in her life right now. So love themes and weird titles is the result.

So there's definitely no TA version this time? I haven't pre ordered yet and trying to figure out which shop I should use.
