how do you judge the project of " ayu + instagram"? she had more than 100k follower after her first week and it seems that she's gaining more and more followers during those days. Is it a positive or still a negative project? i think some people said that this project refers due to "fanbase check" ...

Her pics of exercising make me want to start doing that too (then I forget about it lol)

I didn't know that you had to do some core workout before eating. I thought it meant to after eating.

Idk about dinner but when you do workout before breakfast, it helps you loose fat faster. You get hungry before dinner too, so it may work that way (but I'm not an expert, it's just what I heard from my bf, who is crazy about working out ;) )

she looks amazing at the age of 37! *O*
still can't believe this woman is almost 40.

Just as a note, that's not true at all. Losing weight is all about calories in and calories out - there's absolutely no correlation on the body burning calories more when you're hungry. You could do the same amount of exercise in the morning, or at lunch, in the evening, or whenever, and if you eat the same thing on all of those days, the effect will be the same. It's also definitely better to exercise around an hour or more after eating for energy levels!

Sorry for the brief off-topic, but this is a really important misconception and I would dislike for anyone to be starving themselves for their workouts. :laugh

^I also think that it was important to note Koumori, good job!

She looks f-ing amazing!! That body...
And don't tell me it's photoshopped, not even filtered!

Definitely this! I can never workout after eating no matter how long I wait however lol I always exercise on an empty stomach first thing in the morning!

Seeing these pics of her working out definitely inspired me though haha I chubbed up over the holidays and I need to flatten this ASAP for the summer :(

The staff were all kind and polite, and we were in such a good mood that together we polished off two kinds of udon, sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, and maki sushi! ♡
I can't wait to go back〜〜♡
Can you guess which two kinds of udon we ate?? (((o(*゚▽゚*)o)))

Well guys,

You're right about the exercise. I wanted to add that losing weight is about carbohydrate and fat intake. When you limit your carbohydrates to, say, under 50 grams per day, your body enters a state of ketosis, which means instead of using carbs for energy, your body will start taking the fat. This is the best way to lose weight. It's a short-term solution though, because keeping your carbs that low is really difficult to do. This is the strategy of the Atkins diet also. Personally, I lost almost 30 pounds doing this. (If you have any other health or dietary restrictions, consult a doctor before trying this.)

Also, be aware that products labeled "diet" or "fat free" contain chemicals or artificial sweeteners most of the time. Artificial sweeteners (such as aspartame) will cause your hunger and cravings to spike. Stay away from soda! :P

I tried keto diet (low carbohydrate intake daily) before and skipping rope for 15 mins every morning before breakfast, it did success to shred some pounds away.

I'm not going to lie...

...they look hot together. It's not like I think he's the best looking guy in the world, but they are so cute in that photo, like they really look as if they're pals. Seeing her so happy with a cool guy is undeniably heartwarming. >.< Plus she is in perfect shape. O.O
