We know that she was covered with diamonds/sparkly things for You were... PV (As she said, when posted the chorus of You were..., that was the PV for this song which she was shooting)

For the covers we only know it has a different approach than usual... though I think she has never appeared in a cover fully covered with diamonds... it would be an awesome photo I think (with black hair of course...)
