I just thought of something: the covers could have been freaking amazing (at least for me!) it ayu or her hand was out of focus. Apart from her very first covers Ayu has almost always been really detailed (photoshoped...) and so on, with any "flaw".

I think her single might just attract the young girls (because of the Disney movie tie-in) and some older people too (NHK daytime drama tie-in), besides the "in-between-aged" loyal Ayu fans...

I think it's because Namie's releasing on mid-November as we have expected, and Ayu's going to get her shot later on...
